ARTICLE 3 - APPLICABILITY

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the merchant and to every distance contract and order established between the merchant and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the contract is concluded that the terms can be inspected at the merchant's premises and will be sent free of charge upon request.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or void, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

ARTICLE 4 - THE OFFER

If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Images used are a truthful representation of the products. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind the merchant.

Each offer contains clear information regarding rights and obligations, including prices, shipping charges, delivery mechanisms, and return policies. Import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees assessed by local authorities or carriers outside the primary shipping region remain the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 5 - THE AGREEMENT

The contract is established at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set forth.

If accepted electronically, the merchant will promptly confirm receipt of acceptance electronically. Until receipt of this acceptance is confirmed, the consumer may rescind the agreement.

The merchant reserves the right to verify whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations before fulfilling an order.

ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & CANCELLATION

Upon purchasing products, the consumer has the option to rescind the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. This cooling-off period begins the day after receipt of the product.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care. If exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and packaging.

The consumer must notify the merchant within 14 days of receipt of their intent to return. Following notification, the consumer has an additional 14 days to ship the product back.

24-Hour Pre-Shipment Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is processed or dispatched, standard return procedures apply upon delivery.

ARTICLE 7 - RETURN COSTS

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping is borne entirely by the consumer.

Upon valid return approval and receipt of the items (or proof of complete return shipment), the merchant will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. If products are damaged due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, a depreciation fee may be deducted.

ARTICLE 8 - EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is applicable to products:

Made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

Which by their nature cannot be returned or spoil quickly.

Hygienic products (such as undergarments, swimwear, or cosmetics/skincare) where the protective seal has been broken after delivery.

ARTICLE 9 - PRICING TAXES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

For international shipments dispatched outside destination regions, local post or courier services may collect import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees directly from the recipient upon delivery.

ARTICLE 10 - CONFORMITY WARRANTY

The merchant warrants that the products comply with the contract, listed specifications, and reasonable requirements of reliability and usability.

Defective or incorrectly delivered products must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original packaging and in new condition.

ARTICLE 11 - DELIVERY AND EXECUTION

The merchant will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders. Accepted orders will be fulfilled as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed upon.

If delivery is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, the consumer will be notified within 30 days of placing the order and maintains the right to cancel free of charge.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the merchant until delivery to the consumer or a pre-designated representative, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

ARTICLE 12 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

ARTICLE 13 - COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described within 7 days after discovering the defect.

Complaints submitted to the merchant will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If processing requires more time, an acknowledgment of receipt with an estimated response date will be provided.

ARTICLE 14 - GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

ARTICLE 15 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
