Return Policy

Return Conditions

Item Condition: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all included accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to evaluate the item, we reserve the right to apply a depreciation charge. Please handle all items with care and package returns securely.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, undergarments, swimwear, and personal care products cannot be returned once the protective seal has been broken, unless defective. If the seal remains intact or the product was not sealed, standard return eligibility applies.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item sent).
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. Following cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to ship the product back. You will receive a refund for the full order amount (including original shipping fees, if applicable). The direct cost of returning the package from your home to our return address is your responsibility. Please check your local carrier's rates for pricing details.

Exchanges
We do not accept direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item following our standard return procedure and place a new order online.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.
